School Discipline and Code of Conduct:
Students are advised to keep their classrooms / school building / campus neat and
clean. Waste material and leftover must be thrown in the dustbin only. It is advisable
not to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, fancy items and items of gold
and silver jewellery etc.
The school is not responsible for goods that are lost.
Parents and Guardians must not enter the class rooms either to see their ward or to
meet the teachers during school hours.
Every student must wear an identity card of the school.
A disciplinary action will be taken if the children are repeatedly late to school.
Students should be neatly dressed in school uniform on all working days and school
functions.
House uniform has to be worn on all the Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Rowdyism and rude behaviour should be strictly avoided.
Students must carry his/her school diary to school. It must have his/her photograph
and complete identification information and should be duly signed by the parents.
Boys should cut their hair at regular intervals and girls should have unique hair style.
Girl’s hair should be neatly combed and pinned.
Students should observe polite behaviour & use of foul language is forbidden.
Girls should plait their hair if it is below their shoulders.
Students are not allowed to bring valuables like costly watches, jewellery, etc. to
School, school shall not be accountable for loss of any such item.
Students are expected to respect others. This includes respect for school property. No
students should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls, or
in any way damage things that belong to others. Damage done, even by accident
should be reported at once to the class teachers or to the Principal. Any damage done
will be made good by the one who causes it.
Students should be polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the
school is judged by their conduct. They should always greet their teachers when they
meet them. Bullying or use of foul language is a punishable offence.
The school reserves the right to suspend or take strict disciplinary action against a
student whose conduct is harmful to other students or whose diligence or progress in
studies is constantly unsatisfactory.
Parents are advised to attend parents - teachers meeting/Open House organized by the
school to ensure the overall development of their ward.
Educators can be approached through the Principal / front office only and not directly.
Once a child has come to school, he / she will not be allowed for half day's leave
except some extreme emergency.
The name, class and section of the students must be marked on all belongings. The
school will not be responsible for any article lost.
No leave/absence is granted except for valid reason and only on prior written
application by parents.
Application for medical leave should be accompanied by a medical certificate from a
registered Practitioner/Doctor.
Parents will not be permitted to meet their wards during the school hours. No
application shall be entertained in this regard.
A pupil, who for some unexplained reason has been absent for a month or more is
liable to have his / her name struck off without advance notice. If readmitted he or she
will be considered as a case of fresh admission.
Attendance: a minimum of 75% of total attendance during an academic session would
be necessary. Shortage up to 10% may be considered for condonation in case of
genuine illness (if supported by a medical certificate).
Students must rectify / clear all subject related doubts before the examination.
